It’s important to us that you know exactly what service to expect when it comes to buying from Lexus International. Listed below are frequently asked questions that give an insight into how you we go from taking orders, to stocking on your shelves
Minimum Order and Shoe Packs
Q1. What is your minimum order?
For new customers, the first order is 12 items that can consist of shoes and handbags. Alternatively, you can buy from packs detailed in the question below.
After your 1st order, you can order packs or single pairs and handbags.
Q2. How are the shoes packed?
We have various packs available as detailed in the table below, subject to availability.
Please note however that the A-pack is the standard pack we hold in stock and for other packs, you may have to order on a forward basis.
Q. Do you have to buy packs of the handbags?
There is no minimum amount of handbags that you have to order, you can purchase single handbags.
UK and International Delivery, Local Taxes
Q3. What is the delivery cost?
For UK Customers on mainland UK, delivery cost is £10 excluding remote areas. For other parts of the UK charges will apply so please call for a quote.
For European customers please contact us for a quote.
For International customers outside of the EU, carriage costs apply, and after the order is finalized we can give you a quote.
Q4. How long does it take for delivery of my order, and which courier do you use?
For UK Customers we use various couriers including Royal Mail, Hermes, DPD, Interlink express. We can offer next day or 2-3 day delivery service.
For European Customers, all deliveries are sent by DPD, Most deliveries are made between 2-5 working days.
For International Customers, we use various couriers who we will confirm with you once your order is finalized. The transit time will vary depending on the courier that is selected.
Q5. I am based out of the UK, what local taxes and VAT do I pay?
For European Customers who are members of the E.E.C, no VAT or taxes are charged. (This may be subject to change after Brexit)
For International Customers, you will be responsible for all your local taxes, including VAT and duty.
Q. Are the Bridal shoes dyeable?
The satin used on our bridal shoes is not dyeable, so doing so is at your own risk.
Q. What material are the shoes made of?
Our shoes are made from various materials including, Satin textile material, P.U and Microfiber which are both materials that have a leather look.
Q. Does the fabric and colour of the handbags match the shoes?
Across the entire collection we use the same fabrics to maintain a 100% match of the shoes and handbags and in many cases, use the same trims.
Q. Who do you supply?
We supply to department stores, Bridal shops, Dress and Prom shops, and Internet retailers
Q. Do you provide a dropship service?
We can supply a dropships service, whereby we can deliver directly to your customer for orders that you have taken in your shop or on your website.
The customer will receive the goods in plain packaging, with your order and address details.
Payment Methods and Prices
Q. What currencies can I pay with?
For European customers, prices will be quoted in Euros and you can pay us directly into our Euro account.
For International Customers, we prefer that you pay us in Sterling however, payment can be accepted in Euros.
Q. What are the methods of payment I can use?
payment must be received prior to shipment of the order.
For UK customers, payment is accepted by Credit/ Debit card and Bank transfer. The bank details will be on the ProForma invoice.
For European and International customers, payment is only accepted by Bank Transfer and the details will be on the ProForma once we email it to you.
